It focuses on developing, retaining, and recognizing accomplished teachers while promoting continuous improvement in schools nationwide.

Project Assignment –– Retractable Banner
Designed a retractable banner to promote the National Board Certification and encourage educators to begin their certification journey today.
Project Assignment –– Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion Toolkit
Designed a 39-page internal Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Toolkit to provide resources and guidance for individuals and groups focused on creating equitable candidate support programs.
The goal was to make the text-heavy content more visually engaging, ensuring key information remains clear and accessible without overwhelming the reader.
Project Assignment –– NBPTS Video Ads
Completely revamped 5 existing video ads to align with NBPTS's new branding and make them more engaging. The ads, promoting the benefits of the National Board Certification, targeted teachers in California, Maryland, Texas, and North Carolina, and were created in multiple sizes for various platforms.
Project Assignment –– General Promotion GIF
Created a vibrant, engaging GIF for a campaign promoting the benefits of being nationally board certified. The GIF was designed for both social media and programmatic use, featuring fun, punchy, and colorful graphics as requested by the client.
Project Assignment –– Team NBCT Week Graphics
Developed a series of graphics for a social media toolkit, which was used during Team NBCT Week. Each campaign, like #TeamNBCT, features a unique color highlight (orange for #TeamNBCT) to help differentiate between campaigns. The graphics were designed for various social media platforms, including Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
